I'm back to (almost) Normal

I was at 97% before.. and i'm still around the same but the aches and pains have lessened so now i dont even notice anything when i wake up (no more stiffness) and after a long day i have even less pain.

I've gone to physio a few more times since i heard "crunching" in my foot.. and am still trying to strengthen the muscles around my midfoot.

Good support in shoes is definitely a good idea.. since I feel no aches and pain after long hours of working..
Ive hiked to the top of Joffre lakes and up a mountainside in Thailand with no problems.

Certain highheel shoes are uncomfortable because of the angle my foot is on and the lack of support under the arch... So ive thrown out a few shoes.. and i'm a far better shopper!
